Griffin Kehler

Griffin has always been a mover and singer. His running around the kitchen table singing at the top of his lungs started when he was young and has never stopped, so he relates deeply to Ren's need to express himself in this show. Griffin graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a BAHonours in Theatre - Performance. You may have seen him on stage as Laurie in Little Women (Rosebud) or Mikey in Old Time Rock and Roll (Jubilations) or on TV as Pastor Chad in Maria and the Mennos (Yes TV).

Aisha is delighted to be cutting loose for their 42nd Street Productions debut. Currently enrolled in Decidedly Jazz Danceworks’ Professional Training Program, Aisha is eager to share the story of Footloose and its championing of audacious self-expression through dance. They feel extremely privileged to be telling this story on Treaty 7 Territory alongside an extraordinarily talented and generous team. Amanda Rae-Cross

Amanda-Rae is a passionate vocalist and character actress who has been fortunate to grace the stages of many theatre companies including as flower-child Jeanie in Brown Cow Collective’s musical Hair and was honoured with a Broadway World Regional Award for her performance as the magnanimous, Miss Hannigan is Story BookTheatre’s Annie. Amanda-Rae had the magical opportunity to charm The Grand last season as tough-love mama Crystal Coates in 42nd Street Productions Canadian premier of the country musical May We All.


Most recently Amanda-Rae played the charismatic Eulalie Mackecknie Shinn in Story BookTheatre’s, The Music Man.


Amanda-Rae dedicates this show to her talented partner Dave Greason and to her incredibly multi-talented daughter Ella who fearlessly dances to the beat of her own drum! Time to lose your blues, enjoy Footloose!

 

Kevin is very happy and grateful to be back here in Calgary and on stage with 42nd Street Productions. Born in Saskatchewan, and now calling Toronto home, he has been performing across Canada and the US for over 25 years. Michelle Rawlings

Michelle graduated from The London School Of Musical Theatre (UK). She started her career working for Royal Caribbean cruise lines as a leading vocalist, then moving to Calgary in 2018. Michelle is very excited to make her debut with 42nd Street Productions in footloose.

Her credits are: Elf, Ragtime concert Theatre Calgary, Matilda, Billy Elliot Theatre Calgary, Featured Singer (International Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines), Alice in Wonderland, Sweeney Todd, Carmen, Les Miserable, We Will Rock you, Elegies for Angels Punks & Raging Queens, Rodgers & Hammerstein Concert.

Kaelin Good (he/him) is a Calgary based actor and performer and is so excited to be apart of 42nd Street production's Footloose!!! He's ready to kick off his Sunday shoes and lose his blues on stage with such an incredible cast! Alex Bergen (he/him/his) is a Neurodivergent Multidisciplinary Artist and Performer based in Calgary. He is thrilled to be making his debut with 42nd Street Productions as Willard Hewitt in Footloose! He is very grateful to work on this show with such an incredible and talented cast, team, and crew. Megan Kerrigan (she/her) is from Southern California where she got her Musical Theatre degree from Fullerton College. At the University of Calgary while earning her BFA in Drama, she founded Musical Theatre UCalgary which provides musical theatre opportunities to all students on campus. Past credits include: Snow White (Stage West for Kids), Elle Woods (Legally Blonde), Sophie (Mamma Mia), Maggie (A Chorus Line), and Heather Duke (Heathers). Recently, she was seen as Skipper/Melinda in Beach Barbie Birthday Bash and Nikki in Minionz: A Parody Musical at Jubilations Dinner Theatre. @‌megatronkerrigan

Megan Kerrigan
Rachael Stade

Rachael is a true triple threat with extensive training in dancing, acting, and singing. Rachael has worked as a dance teacher since 2019 after many years of competitive dance. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and has worked as an actor with Princess Parties by Mimi since 2020. She also works as a lead singer in a wedding/corporate band since 2022. She was a performer at Calaway Park and has performed in the previous 42nd Street production, of "Newyork, Newyork". Rachael is looking forward to showcasing her skills in the upcoming production of Footloose.

Brooke is so excited to be making her 42ND Street debut in Footloose playing the role of Urleen! She is currently a senior at Western Canada High School and hopes to continue her education taking liberal arts in university. Other projects include Cosette in Les Miserables (wchs), Gretchen in Mean Girls (wchs), Dorthy in The Wizard of Oz, Elsa in Frozen Jr. (Citadel Theatre Performance Labs), The Music Man (Storybook Theatre) and more. When not performing in shows or dancing, Brooke enjoys learning languages, and spending time with her friends or her dog Cooper.

Jaladriel Adlard

Jaladriel is thrilled to be joining the cast of Footloose the musical! Jaladriel is a classically trained dancer from Royal Winnipeg Ballet and École Supérieure de Danse du Québec. She has performed in many productions nationally and internationally as a dancer and choreographer.

Favourite credits include: Best of Broadway- (tour throughout Quebec/Atlantic city/Egypt) •Viva Casino, Swing Fever, and Jukebox.

Most important, mom of two wonderful boys. She is grateful to her family for their support. You can find her teaching classes at Absolute Dance in Calgary!

Brent Gill is a Calgary-based actor originally from beautiful British Columbia. For 42nd Street: May We All. Thomas Zima is excited to be joining 42nd Street Productions again for their production of Footloose. After graduating from RDC’s Theatre Performance and Creation Program, he moved to Calgary to pursue performing. Some recent credits include: A Chorus Line (Front Row Centre), May We All (42nd Street Productions), Something Rotten (Co-Production with Shakespeare Company), Pippin, Curtains, The Lightning Thief (StoryBook Theatre), Hair (BrownCow Collective). When not performing, Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife, Maggie, and cat, Beans. He hopes you enjoy the show.

Cherie is thrilled to be a part of this talented cast. Her love of theatre started at the young age of 6 when she saw a production of "The King and I". She performed with various theater groups and received her Bachelors' in Theatre from Southern Oregon University. Her favorite roles include Mary M/JC Superstar, Golde/Fiddler on the Roof, Violet/9 to 5, and Phyllis Stone/Follies. Enjoy this fabulous show!

Chantal is a passionate creator, storyteller and performer. She performed as a singer and dancer for much of her childhood and delved into the world of theatre in 2022. Previous productions include Treasure Island, the Sound of Music, Chitty Chitty Bang, a Wrinkle in Time, and Music Man. When she is not on stage, she helps build a community of social innovators. She also enjoys reading, playing volleyball, and hanging out with friends. She hopes you enjoy the production, and it inspires you to get up and dance! Follow her on IG: @chantilization.

Keatin is very excited to be in the musical production of "Footloose," bringing his vibrant energy and passion to the stage. Although new to the arts he has previous experience playing Sonny LaTieri in "Grease," through this he developed a love for musical theatre that shines through in every performance. Keatin is thrilled to continue paving his way in the world of theatre, embracing the opportunity to get on stage whenever he can. Outside of the spotlight, he remains dedicated to improving his skills, With each new role, Keatin's enthusiasm and dedication grow, solidifying his commitment to a thriving career in the arts.

Grayson Myers, born in Calgary, Alberta, is a passionate performer. He started his journey in the world of sports, playing primarily hockey and baseball. But it was when he discovered his love for dancing that everything changed. He began his dance journey at Diversity Dance & Preforming Arts in Calgary, where he took tap lessons. In 2016, Grayson moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba, where he continued to pursue his passion for dance at Kickit Dance Studio. He increased his field of dance in multiple styles, in which he enrolled in Musical Theatre classes, expanding his love of performance. After 6 years in Winnipeg, Grayson returned to his hometown of Calgary. He joined Drewitz Dance Productions, where he continues to shine as a dedicated and talented dancer. He has received numerous awards in the dance community over the years in styles like; Musical Theatre, Tap, and Hiphop. Grayson also takes pride in his academics and is entering his senior year in high school. He has continued to peruse his love of sports being on the school football and swim team. Grayson is eager to share his love for the arts in 42nd Streets production of "Footloose"!

Dex is thrilled to be part of this amazing cast of Footloose! Theatre Credits include The Hockey Sweater (André Robitaille)- Rainbow Stage, Billy Elliot (Billy) - Theatre Calgary, New York New York (Dancer) - 42nd Street Productions, A Christmas Carol (Tiny Tim) - Theatre Calgary, Thoroughly Modern Millie (Ching Ho), as well as Cinderella (Gus), Peter Pan (Michael), and Singin’ In The Rain (Cosmo Brown) for Drewitz Dance Productions. You can find Dex either at the dance studio or at the rink where he plays for the U18 Okotoks Oilers. Hope you enjoy the show!

Hailing from a small town community theatre in High River, Gus is very excited to be a part of his first professional theatre show. His theatre journey began with the role of Dr. Frederick Frankenstein in Young Frankenstein by Mel Brooks with Windmill Theatre Players. His other roles include Danny Zuko in Grease, Gaston in Beauty and the Beast and Demetrius in A Midsummer Night's Dream. Despite never doing a show of this scale, Gus is chomping at the bit to 'cut loose' and kick off his Sunday shoes!

Crystal is beyond ecstatic to be back on stage after a 6 year hiatus to get married, have a baby and start a new career in Real Estate. The dust has settled so it's time dust off the dancing shoes and vocal pipes! She was last seen in New York, New York: Broadway Revue (42nd Street Productions), Bare: A Pop Opera (The Honest Collective), Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Madagascar (Storybook Theatre), Around the World in 80 Days (Globe Theatre), and several more shows and TV/film appearances along the way. Huge thanks to her partner in crime for his endless love and support. Thank you for supporting live theatre and enjoy our production of Footloose!

Tanisha found her passion in dance at the age of 5 and has continued her journey for over 10 years. Training in various styles like jazz, ballet, contemporary, hip hop, musical theatre, and tap, Tanisha is a well-rounded dancer. From dancing at the Disney parade in California, to New York, New York, in Calgary, Tanisha has had an exciting journey throughout her years. Currently, Tanisha is a student at Mount Royal University, studying chemistry. Alongside being a student, Tanisha likes to share her love for dance with young kids in the studio. Tanisha is so happy to be a part of 42nd Street Productions, and can't wait to take the stage for Footloose.

Hannah Hunt

Hannah Hunt is a busy working professional and a native of Medicine Hat where she established her acting career with community theatre. SELECT CREDITS: Tarzan, Alice in Wonderland (Eagle Butte High School); Oliver, Assassins, Once Upon a Witch, Captain Hook's Revenge, Aladdin the Pantomime (MHMT). Hannah moved to New Zealand where she shared her acting talents in the theatre and film community, leading roles in short film and theatre with Victoria University of Wellington and as Natalie in Next to Normal (Stagecraft Theatre). Her debut in Calgary began as Sheryl Stoat in The Wind in the Willows (Untold Stories Theatre), Frenchy in Grease (University of Calgary), Ruby in May We All (42nd Street Productions), and Polly Plummer in The Magician's Nephew (Imagine Theatre).

Emerson Forgeron has loved to dance since a very young age, being only 16 with 12 years of competitive stage experience. Emerson has grown to love the performance aspect and story telling dance has to offer. She has ample experience in jazz, ballet, tap, point, lyrical, acrobatics and her favourite, contemporary. With this growing passion Emerson continues to compete with her team at Danscott studio where she has learn life long foundational skills. Emerson loves to project her emotions for dance as a feeling of strength and freedom, either as a soloist or alongside her team. She is excited and grateful for this opportunity to be a part of this production with a group of well respected and talented performers.

Roxy Drewitz

Roxy discovered her love for musical theatre at the age of six with her first role in Annie. Since then, she has performed in a diverse array of productions, including Camp Rock, Cinderella, Fame, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, New York, New York, May We All, and now Footloose! With a rich background in dance teaching and choreography for competitions, Roxy is well-equipped to inspire others through her art. Currently pursuing a degree in Health and Physical Education at Mount Royal University, she hopes to become a physiotherapist. Roxy is thrilled to join 42nd Street Productions as both a performer and assistant choreographer for Footloose, and she can’t wait to bring the excitement of the stage to life!

Torri is a dedicated Calgarian dancer of more than 15 years who is trained in ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary and more. Torri danced competitively for 11 years, during which she also completed advanced levels of ballet and jazz examinations with the Royal Academy of Dance and the Canadian Dance Teacher's Association, respectfully. In addition, Torri performed in both dance and theater through the Performing and Visual Arts program at Central Memorial High School. During this time, she had the opportunity to learn and perform pieces originally choreographed and performed by the Decidedly Jazz Dance Works professional company. Following her high school dance career, Torri performed as a dancer in 42nd Street Productions "New York, New York".

Isla Taylor is a dedicated dancer who grew up in Calgary, Alberta with over a decade of experience at Drewitz Dance Productions. Isla has developed a strong foundation in various dance styles. Starting young, she has been part of the competitive dance scene, gaining valuable experience and recognition. Training under skilled instructors at Drewitz, Isla has participated in numerous performances. She was a cast member in the 2019 42nd Street production of New York New York. Isla is excited to be a part of Footloose, being able to work alongside extremely talented artists and being able to share her love for dance and theatre!

Teagan Doucette (1)

Tegan is a Calgary born dancer who began training at Dance Explosions at three years old. She is a multidisciplinary dancer who has completed advanced levels of RAD ballet examinations. She attended Central Memorial High school and studied numerous dance styles within their PVA program. She trained with Tri-Tone Rhythm Ensemble for seven years and has attended intensive tap festivals in California, Texas, Ontario, and Calgary. Tegan also travelled to Vancouver and New York for dance classes to advance her technique. In 2019 Tegan was a part of Team Canada Tap Dance and travelled to Germany to compete at the IDO World Tap Dance Championships. Tegan also performed in 42nd Street's production of New York New York in 2019.

Madison is 16 years old and has danced at Danscott Studio since she was 3 years old. She has trained in various styles of dance including ballet, lyrical, jazz, tap and hip hop and especially enjoys contemporary and acro. Madison has danced competitively since she was young and has loved being a part of the unique and artistic world of dance. Being able to express emotions through movement has been a gift to Madison. Her favourite place is on the stage, and she is so grateful for this opportunity. Madison is thrilled to participate in this production, and can't wait to share the stage with so many incredible artists.
